When I get out of bed in the morning my feet tingle :(

Thanks for the advice, I'll definitely keep it in mind.

If the "pillow between the legs" method doesn't work I may call up the local back cracker and see what he says.

not to change your topic or anything but has anyone ever woke up and found their armto be completely numb and limp...from sleeping on it....weird feeling

Yzzim I have the same exact problem as you every morning when I get up the first few steps by feet will be very tingly and it is uncomfotable. MY back also hurts a bit to. It has only been in the last few months that its been like this. BTW im only 20!!! While I am a little out of shape I don't think it is because of that. I think that it may just be the way the bed is right now I will try the pillow between the legs thing. Though I have done it before. Hope your condition goes away.
