any kind of exercise, whether cardio or weight training, after maybe 15 minutes of exertion, my left ear gets clogged.
it feels as if I went swimming and water went inside my ear, or when you're in an airplane and it's descending or something..
you can still hear, but it sounds as if you stuffed a cotton ball in your ear.

anyone else?

Yes, but only after an intense workout or race back in my cross-country days. And then it was both ears.

I always thought it was the blood rushing to my head and since your ears help cool you off, the vessals around your canal become smaller, hence clogging your hearing.

I've had that happen, but with both ears (I think). Maybe it was th eblood. Maybe it was breathing, forcing air into my ear canals.

Sounds like you have a lot of wax in your ear and then as the body heat rises, the wax melts into a liquid form which covers your eardrum.

why only on my left ear consistently?

do i clean one ear better than the other?
do i build up wax better in one ear than the other?
