When does Trump play the Insurrection Act card?

Place your bets, ladies and gentlemen, as to when Trump plays the Insurrection Act card.

The Insurrection Act allows the President of the United States to deploy military forces domestically to suppress insurrections, civil disorder, or rebellion. It serves as an exception to the Posse Comitatus Act, which generally restricts military involvement in civilian law enforcement.

DC, Chicago, LA, Memphis, and Portland are just proving grounds to desensitize Americans to the use of the military in the cities across the country.

The act allows the president to deploy the military into our cities to intervene in state matters when local authorities are unable or unwilling to maintain order. Of course, the criteria that would allow this tiny little man to invoke that Insurrection Act does not exist, and probably why he is truing to cause civil unrest mainly through ICE and the NG for the uniform and Humvees on our streets.

It's going to be about midterms.

So he will ramp up military presence to normalize it and then declare before midterms in a timeframe where the courts dont have time to strike him down.

No brown people will be voting in midterms in fear of getting shipped to camp.

They can fudge the elections if they want to, IMO winning an election for real is going to massage Donald's ego, but fake-winning an election by a landslide is probably almost as good.

If an election is deemed the right time, then beforehand there's got to be a big fake scandal about election integrity. He's got to sell it to his supporters (probably pretty easy), but then he has to sow enough doubt in the "I don't know" maybe-voters as well as his opponents.
