6'2"/180 pounds? You're a sick-looking, skin-bag of bones, dude. You obviously have other problems besides caffeinne. Such as EATING. That moving hole on your face? Yeah, that's your mouth. Food goes in there. Try it sometime.

I need to lose 15 pounds, admittedly. But compared to you, I'm healthy...I'm a fucking Olympian! I'm 6'1"/220. If I hit you, you'd snap like a pencil. Skeletor.

WTH are you talking about? 6'2" and 180lbs sounds just right to me. For example, here's a picture of Jason Terry who plays for the Dallas Mavericks who happens to be 6'2" and 180lbs. Do you think you'd snap him like a pencil?

20 oz is not addiction
you just blame coffee for not getting enough sleep.
and cold turkey for no reason is always stupid. you could have just drank a small cup and be done with it.

That's hardly any caffeine in fact....I think its 200 mg. Get some ephedrine, or modafinil. To be honest youre not sleeping enough.

I drink 16oz per day, M-F. I do not drink any on weekends, and if I'm on vacation I don't drink any. Only days that I go to work. It's just kind of a ritual really. I like coffee. I could give it up anytime though. Seriously. I mean it. *twitch*

That's a good one.

I'd hate myself with 40 extra pounds. I'm already getting close to uncomfortable as far as body fat percentage goes... I've still got a pretty cut look. So, unless you go the gym everyday and you have 40 pounds of muscle on top of me - good luck being an Olympian compared to me!

(And I also have an absolutely terrible diet... but it's cool, I've got good genes)

But, back to caffeine...
