For me, I think it was just a few days ago. I'm 24. No kids and I've been out of college for a little over a year and a half (didn't pay for school, but paid for living expenses). I've been working at the same low-level retail Produce (fruits and veggies) job that I've had since school. It's a job that's isolated me quit a bit and given me a lot of time to think about things. The time just flew by. Suddenly I realized -- I want a real career with new challenges and responsibilities. It took me a little while to figure out why... I've changed. I find myself acting nice to everyone and acting more responsible. And it's very exciting. I'm ready for prime-time, baby. A management role sounds like something I want, rather than fear. Wow! It's like Neo from the Matrix. I'm the ONE! (in my own mind, at least
