Well I work at my job 9 to 5 Monday to Friday. I want to work out more, but I don't want to have to wake up at 5/6 am since I'm usually up late nerding and I'm not a morning person. After work I'm usually pretty hungry so I don't really feel like I have the energy for a serious work out. Everyone knows that it's bad to exercise after a big meal so when's a good time to exercise? Not including weekends, of course.

How do you guys work out (keep it clean), and where do you find the time?

after sitting at a desk all day long, i can't think of NOT going to the gym after work. pump some high energy music on your ride home and you'll feel better. also, you don't have to have a big meal before you work out, just have a protein shake about 30-60 minutes before you lift.

I get back from work have a couple of peices of fruit - then go for a run or slppay squash for about an hour.

Get back, shower, eat, neff, watch film, tidy up, sleep

Every once in a while, I go in @ 6:30 and workout till 7:30, take a shower and be at work @ 8:00.

Almost every other day though, I go after work, right @ 5:00 (gym is across the street from work).

8:30pm-10:00pm. My wife and kids go to bed at 9:00, so it's the only time I get a chance.

I work out during my lunch break, usually, or after work.

It sounds like you're making excuses. If you really want to find time to workout, you will. I'd suggest actually eating during the day so you'll have energy after work to go to the gym. Even if you don't think you have the energy, go anyway. Once you get your blood moving, you'll wake up a bit.

It sounds like you want to build muscle, but your diet sucks. Make sure you bring food and eat a lot and often during the day. No matter how much you workout, you won't develop mass if you don't eat enough of the right stuff.

I have to be at work at 8am, so I get to the gym from 6 to 7. Usually, I will do something after work as well (walk/run with my dog, ride my bike, etc.)
