What range are your budgets based on since there's no way the current exchange won't change? My organization is funded in Euros and spends in a 50:50, USD:EUR ratio, so we work with the exchange rate every day. Suffice it to say, we have called a few emergency budgeting sessions to re-budget the rest of the year at revised exchanges rates.
This time last year, we were working with a 1.36 exchange rate. Makes a big difference!
I was on a conf call with BNP Paribas, they see parity by next year
When do you think the Euro will = the USD?
