Night before. Otherwise, I'm just rubbing all the day's sweat and dirt onto my sheets/pillows/blanket. I don't want to roll around in that every night.

My rationale for taking it at night has always been that I do not want to crawl into bed full of all the sweat, dirt, and other nasty stuff that I've aquired during the day.

Was talking to a friend over MSN last night when i said "BRB shower."
He seemed shocked that I would take a shower at night instead of when i wake up in the mornings. He said that I was the only person he knew of that would take showers at night, before going to bed.
I was at that, since half of my friends take showers at night. I've always thought that showers at either the morning or night was just pretty normal and just a perference thing, but he seemed to insist that something was off about showering at night.

So.. anyone else showers at night? Is it normal? or do I need my meds?

You're Asian I presume? When I was a kid, and went to this summer school with white kids, they all said they showered in the morning and I felt left out, but I think it's fine. Most Asians shower at night. Now I just shower in the morning because I want to smell fresh. I used to shower twice a day, but I'm lazy now.
If I do go to the gym, it's a shower right after.
Nighttime I usually wash my face and stuff to get the dirt off from the day, but unless I'm extra stinky (clubbing or whatever), I just hop right into bed. This is a huge change from high school and my first 2 years of college when I did shower at night every night.

At night. It is nasty to crawl into bed with what you build up on your body during the day.
