When do you say to yourself, "I spend to much time on ATOT."

Ok, I think when my DREAMS at night involve me getting banned from the Anandtech Forums should be considered a sign that I spend too much time on here.

I basically check it out when I wake up, go to work, get bored (which is all day at work), get home from work, before I go to bed.

To be honest, I don't even know what I am looking for. It is an addiction that I can't describe. Luckily, it hasn't caused me to miss any social functions yet.

I just wanted to share that I love you all and I think this is a wonderful community. I learn quite a bit here, probably more about different opinions than facts, but learning nonetheless.

I'd like to see more HELPING than insecure remarks about how you are better than someone else (I have been guilty of this as well). Lets really make this a great community of knowledge sharing rather than taking out insecurities on unsuspecting others.

:)

It is unpossible to spend too much time on ATOT, especially if your CPU is cold with solution.

I suggest you throw a brick at someone's truck, then attempt to buy bulk beer online (10lbs is NOT bulk, even if it is alternator sized).

I don't think you could really say you've been here too much considering the amount of post you have vs. your join date.

Maybe he has read the threads much longer than he has been a member. I read them for several months before I made an account.

I check ATOT frequently, too, but I don't know that it is obsessive. I think if you are worried about it, you should do something to get yourself banned for a week so you can go cold turkey. :)

I am hanging on by a thread (oh the unintentional pun!), I got banned twice already. I like to make witty and racy comments. But now, due to the fear of permaban, I had to use different choice of words on my comments which really sucks.
