Usually right after I wake up at 6:30 I start hitting work emails. Most of the people I deal with are in China so I get a bunch of emails overnight and I like to see if I can catch some of those folks before they leave their office.

I don't actually get into the office until about 9 though.

I get to work at 8:00am and I begin work immediately after a short hand-off from the night crew. My lab runs 24/7/365.

About 5 minutes after I get in, depending on how long it takes my computer to boot up and log me in.

Day starts at 7:30. I'm usually there by 7:00 and will help if anyone needs anything but usually don't get started until 7:30.

I don't like staying late so I start work as soon as possible. A lot of folks seem like they don't have enough work to fill their day.

Go in at 9:00 on Tuesdays / Thursdays, stay till about 6:00. MWF, go in at about 1:00 and stay till about 6:00. I am only required to put in 20 hours, but the work demands more. Usually, no lunch break. I might eat breakfast for the first twenty minutes on TThu.

I actually log in from home first thing after waking up and start working. Checking on stuff, answering emails, etc. Then i get ready for work and do my daily email checking and planning what i'm gonna work on for the day for about an hour before I start working.
