my shifts start at 8 am... I'm usually at my desk and logged in by 8:30, but don't actually start actively working on stuff till 9:30 or so.

Supposed to be working at 9:00. I have a weekly update with my manager at 10:00 this morning, so nothing really till then.

sign in about 750am (actual start time is 9am but am subject to public transport here so I get here when i get here); I start checking some logs and such around 8:10 but that is mixed with reading Philly home web page and such as I live overseas. 9am I start work working

Depends.

Sometimes I get in and there's something urgent that I need to get on right away. Other days I can push it 45-60 minutes before I'll start on work.

I get to work at 5:30am to make sure everything IT-wise is running smoothly here on the west coast before the stock market opens. So I usually do work when I get here, but then once the market opens I don't do much till 9am.

I start as soon as I get there as I arrive before most others so early morning is my most productive time of the day.

In anywhere from 8:30 to 10:30. Two hour lunch at approximately 11:30. Leave anywhere from 2:00 to 4:30 depending on if there is anything particularly good to watch on Hulu or not.

I actually don't remember the last time I actually "worked". In all seriousness it might have been a few years ago.

I get in at around 8:00AM. On the rare light day I'll take it easy and probably really won't start till 9:00, but on most days there's something to do right when I get in.

Hahaha, nice. What is your job title/position?

I'm signed in and ready to work at 8 am, and will if I have something that needs to be done right away. Otherwise I check a few websites and will start around 8:30 am.

heheh- I have my schedule down pat:

Start time is 8:00, I arrive at 8:03-8:07

I read emails, pay bills, read mail until about 8:30

I read the news and make a game plan until about 9:00

I work until about 11:45, then check the news again, make lunch plans

Come back around 1:05pm

Work my ass off until 5:00-5:30 (things get busy in the PM here for some reason)

Go home, rinse, and repeat.

work starts at 8AM, and it honestly depends on how many cases/patients there are scheduled for that day. most of the time its busy, but sometimes its slow so you just sit there and wait...provided we finished our other stuff of restocking.

I come in ~8:05-8:15 and jump right in. If I don't get started right away I can't really make much progress for that day.
