Lost it somewhere else. I got lucky and knew a couple of very "experienced" girls in 7th grade that pretty much showed me the ropes on almost everything. I guess technically I lost it then but the one that I count as the real deal happened when I was 15 and we were in the woods.

On my 19th birthday with my (at the time) very serious gf. At her parent's house in front of the fireplace. Incredibly romantic, and something i'll never forget as long as I live.

Pretty much the same situation for me.

My only regret is that I made such a big deal about it. I expected it to be some monumental, life-changing occasion. In reality, it was quick, awkward, and completely devoid of all the passion I was expecting. Any sense of triumph I felt was overshadowed by the realization that I wasted so much energy obsessing over something so trivial.
