when did tmobile sack their 5.99 internet plan

my gf just got an iphone. She was going to add the unlimited 5.99 data service from tmobile....no go. It's 9.99 for 50 MB a month now🙁 When did they sack it?
 
Tell T-Mo your gf has a Blackberry and you want the Blackberry Internet plan. $5.99 for full Internet on my iPhone. 🙂

You know T-Mo can tell what kind of phone your SIM card is in, right? Go to My T-Mobile and look. If you swap the SIM card into a new phone, they know within about five minutes.

Is she under contract still? If you call and threaten to cancel, they're authorized to do just about anything they want. Always call customer service though. Going into a retail store won't get you anywhere because their authorization to made changes is very limited.
