Go commando or go home!

From what I've been told that really only works with skirts. Going commando in jeans or other pants tends to be...uncomfortable for women (or at least the ones I've spoken to).

Who said anything about women? ;)

Freshmen year in college was bad. No money for the laundry machine while payday was awhile out. First it's shorts, then it's the bathing suit, then it was all commando.

Well, I don't particularly like going commando. The pants tend to chafe areas that shouldn't be chafed.

Holy your daughter is solid, if she was in Canada Id hit that because the legal age for sexual consent is 14 here, and Im 22. Props for posting pics of your little girl ;)

And thongs are normal for girls for that age, or even younger. My GF's mom, who is old school and strict, authoritative, bought thongs for her when she was 13-14.

See my edit. You do what you gotta do. Baby powder also helps.

whats the difference between a thong and a gstring?

thats the thing... they are not.
Where does the underwear end up anyways... between your bum. With thongs, there is less fabric and it is where it would have been with regular undies!
Don't knock `em until you try `em.

Heh heh. Looks like he got you with the quick edit too :)

Whoa.... sorry... i am trying to do three things at the same time and did not realize what you were asking.

A G-string is just that... a small (about a cm in length) thong. The least amount of fabric you could have to keep the top and bottom of the undies together.

I knew what i meant... simply the thong fabric is where it should be. No extra to bunch up.
Why doesn't everyone know what i am talking about!!!

No no...look what you replied to. I'll bet it's not the original quote you clicked on ;)

before i started going out with my current gf, i didnt know either that thongs were as popular as they are. She wears them cuz she claims them to be more comfortable than granny panties (she even claims boyshorts to be more comfortable than granny panties) and also because u cant see the panty lining thru the pants with thongs.

Yup my girlfriend says they are way more comfortable, and it would make sense, because going naked is the most comfortable. The least amount of clothes = ftw.

Yeah, instead, it shows nice smooth butt with the shape of the upper part of the thong showing through her pants.

Whale-tail spotted!

A side note I thought was interesting...
Fredericks of Hollywood just recently starting using actual women in their catalouges and ad's. Before that they had drawings of women in the underwear and bras.
Also, to those men that want to buy their wives something nice... Victoria's Secret is trying to compete with FoH for more "erotic" items. They have some great things available if you are so inclined... Thongs, G-strings and LESS!!!

ok, i'm going to blow this thread out of the water, and share my experience with someone else getting into wearing thongs.
how would you like it if your mother discovered the wonderful world of thongs and she was happy to tell you how much she likes them.

Did your mom tell you this?! ;)
I know its different for women vs. men when their mom's make conversation like this, but i have no problem with it. Usually when we (mom and I) go shopping together, we discuss who has the most comfortable underwear.

yeh, but it's more shocking to me, because before my father died my mother probably wouldn't even have said the word "thong". now it's like she's going through her teenage years again. i'm just not used to it yet.

I'm alright with my panty line showing. I could count on one hand how many thongs I own, but I never wear them. I know a lot of girls find them more comfortable and swear by them, but I never quite got over the feeling of a constant wedgie. I like the regular low-rise underwear and the boy-cut ones better.

To each their own, I suppose.
