Not uncommon for OEMs to get chips that aren't part of the "official" offerings. AMD did that back in the day with a K6-2 366MHz when the last 66MHz FSB chip was supposed to end at 333MHz. Intel has up to 2.8GHz chips on the antiquated 400MHz FSB for OEMs that want to sell machines with "X" number of GHz but still have old motherboards.
