When did Google start telling you the time you last visited a site?

Apparently, upon doing a Google search for something I had looked up earlier, it showed the time (Pacific time) of the last time I had clicked that link. Is this something new, or has this been around for awhile?
 
If you have a Google account and search history enabled it will do it. I think it also stores it in your cookies too, unless you specify otherwise.
