I'll be outta the AMD camp.. no doubt. E6400 for me, Asus P5B, 2gb of DDR2-667/800.
 
I'd like to, but it looks like it'll be ~$100 more than a X2 3800+ set up, and I'm damn poor.

The CPU price, yes, a $30 difference at most, and that's awesome.
It's just the mobo's... I want a M2N-SLI (don't care about sli though) type of MB for the E6300, and those are easily $200+
