when clicking on a link, how do you make the new window maximized?

I don't like how when you click on a url on a webpage and it opens a new window so small.

Thoughts?

Sometimes IE forgets how to size windows.

Open a IE Window.
Right-click a Link/URL and click "Open in New Window"

Close the first Window.

Resize the Open Window to the screen (Do Not Use the Maximize Button)
Close the Window.
