When buying a multi-platform game, which platform do you choose?

I usually buy them for the 360 because the majority of the people I know have a 360, I like achievements because my gamerscore is my epeen and I usually prefer rumble. I usually only get the exclusives on the PS3.
 
I have a PS3 and 2 360s. I used to always go 360 because i prefered the controller and i have it in two rooms (i use them as media centers with my computer)...but i've had 3 die at this point. Now if a game is equal on both systems i go PS3. i think it is built better and the XMB is better IMO. Its also much quieter.
