When are the Radeon 9500/9700 (not Pro) coming out?

I haven't seen any references to release dates for these chips, and since I really can't justify the amount of money for the Pro, I was hoping I'd have a shot at the 9700 or the 9500. Anand's review says November retailing for the 9500, but I have yet to spot it anywhere.

Any information?? As soon as it emerges, I can upgrade my motherboard and build another computer for my wife. One computer means marital strife!

i think that they get released on the 21st of this month.
There are a couple of threads around on Anandtech & Rage3D about release dates for it, look for them and check.

Just remember to steer clear of the Radeon 9500 (non-pro). This is a crippled 9500, and is not worth your money (it's probably slower than the 8500). The 9700 is almost as fast as the 9700 pro, however, and the 9500 Pro should be around the performance of a GF 4 Ti, with DX 9 support, to boot!
