I am waiting to purchase either this motherboard or the Gigabyte 8KNXP Ultra or non-ultra.

Does anyone know when the ASUS P4C800-E Deluxe will be available?

Also, is this a 'better' board (better defined as more stable with user friendly OC bios) than the Gigabyte 8KNXP?
