When are NORMAL (ie working) Catalysts are coming out??!

Have you ever noticed on ATI's website it says something like

"don't update your drivers if your current ones are working fine"

But don't they give you a little bit of a performance increase ~1 or 2fps? in games, maybe a lil higher score in a 3D benchie
