When an offer expires on 2/1/05 does it mean it'll be dead on the 2nd or 1st?

I want to go to Staples and pick up some cheap DDR but the offer expires on the 1st. Tomorrow is the first. Does this mean that I won't get the deal if I go in tomorrow?
