Not really.

It really does depend on what type of girl you are going after.

Some girls are really that cool. But if you notice, 97% (100%) of those things add a huge amount of drama to a guys life. Our lives are really very simple if we take out the woman equation. We eat, we work (accomplish), we play, we die.... with a woman in the picture all of that gets garbled up.
