Wheel mouse at Newegg for $0.01 + $5.00 shipping

Link

Shipping seems to 'kill' the deal, but if you need a basic mouse, it could work.

EDIT: Includes free 'Customer Appreciation Gift:' A glossy Newegg sticker.

Yea, this is Newegg's usual cost on this $0.01 mouse. I wonder if you can lessen shipping if you're buying many items at once from them... ;)

Also look for FAR wheel mouses (not this week, but I've seen them before). OMax was selling this wheel mouse with light once, and my bro really likes it cuz he thinks it "looks" optical. Their FAR IBM (or was it HP) mouse a few weeks back also looked quite nice.

Doesn't take much to entertain your brother, eh?

It's actually a decent mouse. One came with my Key Tronic keyboard which is actually a damned nice Model M clone for $10. Much better than the other cheap mushy keyboards.

I have a Belking wheel mouse with a light that I bought at Officemax to pad the order to get free shipping and use a coupon. I wanted to sell it on Ebay, but for the prices that they are getting, it's not even worth listing or shipping.

i added 2 items to my cart, first a compact flash card i need and it charged $4 shipping for that, then added the mouse and it added another $5 for shipping for the mouse =/ I'd have thrown 'em a shiny quarter for 25 of 'em, but not at $5.01 a pop

Last year I got five of these and they didn't last very long. The buttons started going bad after a month or so.

They are really disposable mouse. There are many vendor selling these for 1 or 2 buck, and if you buy 10 or 20 you save even more.
