Wheel alignment

I'm getting tired of screwing around with tie rods and strut bolts on this car so I think I'm just going to take it somewhere to get aligned on the computer. How much have you guys paid for a two wheel alignment recently? Thanks.

Don't take it to any old mechanic. You need to take it to an alignment specialty shop or whoever with experience and a machine. Good chance Les Schwab will give a better result than a good mechanic in town simply because they have the equipment.

2 Wheel alignment? I don't think I've actually ever done (or know anyone who has done) just 2 wheels.

Yes - I would never take it to a shop that wasn't experienced and didn't have the computerized machine.

A two wheel alignment is fairly standard. Most of the quotes from shops around here are for just the two steering wheels.

I know they're available, but I've never actually known anyone who just got the 2 wheel.

Both ends of the car are important, regardless of which wheels are the driving wheels.

Only if it's solid rear axle. Otherwise, you will need a 4-wheel alignment.
