Im just so darned excited!!! Its civil liberties as protected by the constitution and I haven't even cracked the book yet! Anyone know anything about landmark cases they want to share? Feel free to make stuff up, its gonna be a long one tonight, and I might need some entertainment.

"And miles to go before I sleep"

Extra credit if you get the quote. 🙂

Come on fellas. This is free reign on being witty, an ass whatever. Duffman needs entertainment. Ohh Yeah!

crack open the book and study the chapter summary 😛 i studied 30 minutes before class for an econ test. i haven't shown up for class since the last test 3 weeks ago 🙂

Whose woods these are
I think I know.
His house is in the village though;
He will not see me stopping here
To watch his woods
fill up with snow.

My little horse must think it queer
To stop without a farmhouse near
Between the woods and frozen lake
The darkest evening of the year.

He gives his harness bells a shake
To ask if there is some mistake.
The only other sound's the sweep
Of easy wind and downy flake.

The woods are lovely,
dark and deep.
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.
- Robert Frost

Unfortunately, there are no chapter summaries. The thing reads like a pshchological exam of the justices that decided the cases. And to make matters worse, the professor wrote the book, and the exam is essay. I think he might know if I try to pull something. 😉

well done bruno!

Now I hope you knew that and didn't just do a search for those words. 😉

But yes, many miles to go before I sleep.

Caffiene and headaches here I come!!!

If only JCIV, if only.......

actually, that is kind of interesting. One of the cases Im looking at right now deals with the constitutional right for a liquor store to advertise its prices outside its place of business. Apparently, I have a constitutional right to know how much my booze is gonna cost BEFORE I go to get it and get liquored up,
