What's your yearly bonus?

I know it varies a lot year-to-year, but I'm curious what people generally get.

Even though I'm on my 3rd FT job, I haven't had a bonus yet - first one was contract, I quit the second one after 3 months and I've only been at this place for 1 month (so even if they do bonuses, it'll be a while before I see it).
 
The poll choices need work.... The majority of normal salary jobs have bonuses in the 0-2% category, so you need more choices to stratify that level accordingly.

Sales type/commision based jobs can vary wildly and belong in another category...
 
My bonus last year was bigger than my salary for the year. I almost fell out of my chair. 😀

EDIT: It is made clear to me though that it is NEVER garanteed. I am just happy I have a good job.
 
It's always a minimum of 10% but has been close to 25% before (only once though). Typically it hovers between 10 & 15%, which is what I voted for.

Last year my shareholders bonus was 100% of my salary. I don't expect it to be quite that large this year, as we haven't had as profitable a year.
 
This poll has to be skewed by students & P/T workers. Even we get a bonus and if you knew what it was, you'd laugh that I got one at all.

Same deal with a friend of mine. He's a Research Analyst for a merchant bank, and he takes home insanely large bonuses, too.
 
I got the average of one of my paychecks. Nice 🙂 First time in a few years we got a bonus. We must be raking in the dough again.
