I'm in the market for a decent tv stand, now that I finally sucked it up and bought real furniture for my living room... I've had my 44" lcd sitting on a coffee table since I bought it in August

My 42" Panasonic plasma is on the wall with a cheap mount from MonoPrice.

Had it on my coffee table for a while as well. It worked just fine. Looks much better on the wall though
