For me
1 ) diamonds are forever
2.) goldfinger
3.) in her majesty's secret service
4.) the man with the golden gun
5.) the living daylights

In no particular order:

From Russia with Love
Dr. No
On Her Majesty's Secret Service
Casino Royale (the 2006 version with Daniel Craig)
Thunderball
Goldfinger (I had to toss that one in there as a close tie with Thunderball)

Note the complete lack of Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton and Pierce Brosnan films on my list. That's because they all suck. 😛

Casino Royale is by far the best Bond movie ever; only sentimentality about the old movies makes people believe those are superior.

It's a very different type of Bond movie, but it is also very good. I wouldn't say it is sentimentality, but the only 2 that I still prefer to Casino Royale offer, in abundance, the qualities that had long been established as essential to the "classic" Bond style.

OHMSS also stands out as very different from the other Bond films, and is still my favorite. I'd have no trouble arguing that Casino Royale is the best, but it's similar to OHMSS in that it worked to change the style.

I think of OHMSS as the best film out of the Bond series. I think of From Russia with Love as the perfect Bond film, if that makes any sense.

1) The Man With The Golden Gun
2) Live & Let Die
3) For Your Eyes Only
4) On Her Majesty's Secret Service
5) Skyfall

1) Dr. No - Ursula Andress in her prime

2) You Only Live Twice - Ninjas, and the following exchange:
Tiger Tanaka: Rule number 1: Never do anything yourself, when someone else can do it for you.
Bond: And rule number 2?
Tiger Tanaka: Rule number 2: in Japan, men come first, women come second.
Bond: I just might retire to here.

3) Goldfinger - Pussy Galore, need I say more.

4) The Man with the Golden Gun - Hervé Villechaize (Tatoo) as Nick Nack, extra nipple, Sheriff J.W. Pepper vacationing in Thailand, elevated cheese factor.

5) Moonraker - The cheesiest of them all.

But not all old bond movies good to me. For example the one which I liked least is liences to kill. It was quite boring. Pierce Brosnan bond's movies dont make me but I dont find them as good as the 5 bond movies that I wrote here either. From russia with love also makes me bored too and its one of the oldest one. I only like the last parts of from russia with love after they get into train and its just because of the music they used there, other than that I dont like from russia with love. Id much prefer pierce brosnan films rather than from russia with love and the only film that I enjoy very much with roger moore is the man with the golden gun. For the spy who loved me, I like the beganing scene but its not enough to like all the movie because after the beganing scene in snow, it begins to make me bored. But those 5 bond movies I wrote here, I really love them, I very much enjoy them. I dont like daniel craig's bond movies, especially quantum of solance was bad to me, other two were better than that one

Casino Royale
Tomorrow Never Dies
OHMSS
(the beginning of) Die Another Day (probably up to the point of Chinese intelligence)
From Russia With Love / Goldfinger (the two blur together in my memory)

My favorite from each actor although Lazenby only did the one.

Sean Connery: From Russia With Love
George Lanzeby: On Her Majesty's Secret Service
Roger Moore: The Spy Who Loved Me
Timothy Dalton: The Living Daylights
Pierce Brosnan: Goldeneye
Daniel Craig: Casino Royale

Heathen. Heretic. Blasphemer.

Hottest Bond girl is now and always shall be Ursula Andress.

Of course, she's 78 years old now... :awe:

An absolute beauty in her younger years though.

 that's the way to do it.

The best Connery, the best Bond imo, the last good Roger Moore (they were all shit after TSWLM), the best Dalton, the only Brosnan film that was good, and best Craig so far. ...
