For most people, it's the chocobo song from FF7.
Two of my friends have custom ringtones that are "Feel Good" by Gorillaz and the fighting fanfare from FF7.
 
My Ringtones are on my phone are:
Bang Bang - Dr Dre
Dragostea Din Tea (Numa Numa) - O-Zone
Hate it or Love it - The Game
I smell pussy - G-Unit
Listen to your heart - DHT
Mail Mothafvcka - Eurotrip
Mambo No. 5 - Lou Bega
Shake that - Eminem
Ski Mask Way - 50 Cent
Stay Flossin - Mike Jones
Still Dre - Dr Dre
Techno Tone - Taken from DHT
Thoze Thugz - Brothahood

They are always changing since I make custom MP3 tones on my PC and upload them to my Razr
 
Mine's a really low quality mp3 of the opening bit of the Team America theme. Maybe I should change it... kinda awkward when it shouts "FVCK YA!" in some places. 😛

I recently changed it to the CTU phone ringtone when the new season of 24 started. It was the Mortal Combat movie theme song before.
 
Email: THX Sound (mp3)
Phone: Tetris B (midi)
SMS: "Yarrr" (simpson's pirate)
MMS, Calendar, Browser Push, IM etc: BB Default.
