Whats your rent/mortgage payment?

850 for P&I only, I do not escrow - 4 beds, 2.5 baths 2200sq ft

Will be 1200 when we move to an apartment in June

In October it will jump to 1550 (again P&I only) for a 6 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 5001 sq ft house

I dont pay rent/its paid off.
