Well, maybe this should go in health and fitness, but really It's more just my general curiosity than some health/fitness concern.

This morning just after waking up it was 75, where normally it's in the 90s. Prior to my getting on high blood pressure meds, it typically would rest at about 100-105.

Upper 60s right now. Its a lot lower than it used to be, my resting pulse was up over 90 when I was in high school.

Just checked three times.
1st: 72
2nd: 68
3rd: 64

So....60s-70s. I wish it were lower, considering I do a fair amount of cardio.

52.

The coffee might be kicking it up a bit, but I also haven't run in 6 weeks due to injury, so I've only been cross-training.

Usually down to the mid-40s.

My resting heart rate (just checked) is 54 bpm. That's after I just drank a 16oz Monster Energy drink.

It's usually around 52-58 bpm.

64. used to be closer to 50 bpm when I was active in sports 3-4 hours a day; dam real world and job got to me.
