My Niece's first pet was a little dog named "Muffin" and she grew up on "Frost Road" so her pron name is ... Muffin Frost...

I always heard porn name as "middle name (abbreviated)" plus the street you grew up on, which makes mine "Chuck Madison," which is an awesome porn name. Using the pet name it's "Pretty Madison," which is a worthless porn name. So I'm sticking with middle name + street.
