zoomPlayer... though it's more of a frontend for the few other players I have installed.

Quicktime for anything it can play, VLC for everything it cannot other than WMP 9 files (no support for WMP9 :(), and WMP 9 for WMP 9 files exclusively. I  my Mac.

BS Player, it doesn't seem to use NEAR the resources that WMP does.

Strangely enough if I'm viewing say a movie trailer and it gives me a choice between WMP, Quicktime, and realplayer (yes I use real alternative) I will pick quicktime.

WMP9, WMP Classic (comes with real player alternative or quicktime alternative), and Powerdvd 5.

Windows Media Player 9 for movies, unless the movie is running funky (in which case I'll switch over to the divx player).

for music, Winamp 5 all the way.

BSPlayer for almost any video, VideoLAN for DVDs.
MPC comes handy when I have to watch some abnormal formats.

BSPlayer for everything but Real and Quicktime, for which I use MPC.

MPC has a rather neat web interface as well :)

It used to be WMP6.4 (lightweight)... until I found WMPClassic which plays .rm also.
