Its good stuff but if you not ocing, then you could save yourself some $$ and buy regualr stuff

The regular stuff generally has more relaxed timings and can't be pushed much more than what it's rated. The good stuff has tighter timings and can be overclocked by relaxing those timings. Like ffactory0x said, if you aren't overclocking, the regular stuff will be just fine.

When we say "regular stuff", that doesn't mean no name house brands. That means name brand value series.

Thanks.Sorry for my lack of knowlege with ram,... but if my mobo is this then can it run ddr 433 when it says it can run ddr 266/333/400?

It can run DDR433 (PC3500) ram at DDR400 speeds (PC3200). You can always run the ram at lower speeds than is spec'd for.

It's not necessarily overclocking, he could actually sete the memory speed to a higher speed without really overclocking anything. The OCZ memory he picked is designed to run at 216mhz, so if he sets it to that, he's not overclocking.

Errr, he would be overclocking. Anytime you run faster than spec., you're overclocking the system. True, he would be running the ram within it's specified parameters. But the rest of the system, the cpu, motherboard buses, etc. would be overclocked (although not the buses if the motherboard has frequency locks for them).
