What's your opinion of these Philips monitors?

I'm looking for a new monitor and I'm considering one of these 17 inch Philips ones. I was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with them or has seen any reviews. Is the tiny footprint a good idea or not? Does it deteriorate the picture quality in any way? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I've been using Philips monitors since 1992 and I don't want anything else. Currently I'm using a Philips 107S21 (17&quot monitor and although it was extremely cheap it truly rocks! With a Philips monitor, nothing can go wrong, but well, what do you expect from a Dutch company?

I'm really impressed too, but all the technical terms are confusing me. Does anyone know what the difference between AG real flat, high contrast and shadow mask real flat is? And does anyone know where I can buy one in the UK? - the "where to buy" section on the home page is a complete waste of time

Most of my friends use Philip as their monitor and they are quiet happy with it.
