I sent my first email some 14 years ago from a VAX/VMS machine to a friend in other college over gnet.
A day later, I received internal email (decnet) from the system administrator warning me that email was academic-related communication only.

I'm 11. Of course, I could be mistaken... 4 years of Internet in college, 4 out of college, 3 or so in High School.

WINNER!

My 6th grade math class was one of three schools in Massachusetts to experiment using computers to help teach math to grade school kids. A TTY dialed into a computer 2-3 towns distant using a 75 baud acoustic coupler modem.

I spent a lot of time on that system. (I also managed to mess up the library system - a primative database of user programs - shared by MIT and Mass General Hospital. My teacher got a phone call about that incident.)

That was in 1965...

They suspended my account at Alfred after I had about 100 subscribers to a weekly story I had been writing... using up too much memory 🙂 I got my account back, but with a stern warning not to use email for that purpose any more.

9 or 10 I think. First time I connected to the internet was via WebTV when I worked at the electronics department of Burdines here in Orlando. At that time I didn't have a computer. I also used to use my friend's computer a lot back then, was '95 or '96, he had AOL, and we used to try to mac on the AOL hunnies.
