It's embarrasing, but a few years ago, I started biting off my cuticles at the corners of my nails and any extra skin on my fingers. I did it so much on my left thumb that it is pretty much a big callous from the bottom of the nail to the bottom of the top knuckle. It's hardly noticable, but I'm self-concious about it.

Either cracking my neck or tapping whatever surface is near me (table, desk, wall, etc), both annoy the hell out of people.

I don't bite my nails.. I peel at them. Hardly ever do I have to cut it with a nail cutter... bad habit since I can remember.

Smoking, Heavy Altoid Consumption, Coffee Addiction, Procrastination, Knuckle cracking... it goes on and on..

Ahhh! I wasn't doing it until you started talking about it!

This stuff works for dry skin if you have it...plus it will help you stop biting because it tastes like ass :D

I have this habit too, although not on the order of casuing callouses...
