companies are starting to see that out sourcing isn't really all that much cheaper in some cases

example a: guy in india makes 10 grand a year
guy in the use makes 60 grand a year doing the same job
well if you have to send a project back to india 6 times because they can't get it right, it actaully ends up costing more

but thats only 1 example
