Whats your lunch hour?

I go with either 11:45, 12:45, or 1:45. I choose the 45's because there are less people on the road and waiting in lines so I get more out of my lunch break.

except a 45 is usually one's return trip.

I get 1/2 hour. Usually around 12:00 but I take it any where from 11:30 to 1:00, depending on work load.

I eat lunch at my desk at some point between 1 and 3 pm.

Whenever I want; flex time.

I usually go down to the cafeteria and bring it back to my desk. But that place shuts down at like 1pm which is an hour or so too early IMO, so I just go before 1.
