What's your late night snack before bed?

I've been doing Intermittent Fasting for a while now and I like to have my last snack at 8pm. I just made cottage cheese chocolate icecream. It's not bad.

*1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese
*1/2 cup 4% milkfat cottage cheese
*1 TBSP real peanut butter
*1 TBSP Hersey's cooking chocolate
*1/4 cup no sugar almond milk
*1/2 cup vanilla or chocolate whey protein
*1 TBSP stevia

Put in blender, and put into freezer for at least 1.5 hours. You'll have about 1 cup worth of cottage cheese icecream. The original reciepe calls for 1 cup of lowfat cottage cheese, but I like a little more thickness. I'm going to make a weeks worth next week. It will be my go to snack.

I'm generally eating my last meal pretty close to bed time so I don't really have a late night snack. If I happen to stay up later (Friday or Saturday night) I will usually snack on some popcorn or some crackers.

I usually finish dinner around 7:45-8, so at 8 I tend to have either an apple or orange, with some grapes (and maybe blueberries if I have them), a cup of decaffeinated tea, and 2-3 times a week a square of 86% dark chocolate.

I don't snack before bed, if I am hungry I eat. I don't regulate how much or what. Measuring out stuff seems silly to me, and time consuming. But I guess it works for some, so to each their own.

I've been making decaf coffee lately and snacking on fruit (apples/bananas/oranges/grapes) and a few handfuls of almonds/cashews.

Of course the other night, I made late night bacon and eggs over easy.

a box of eggwhites with a half scoop protein powder, and a spoon full of peanut butter. (i used to eat chocolate mango's, fruity pebbles, cheesecake, etc before bed) but starting 1 week ago back to a more strict snack before bed, try not to eat much 2 hours before or drink much 1 hour before bed but have huge eating problems.
