Reading and cooking are the more standard ones. About nine months ago I started a class to learn Japanese. Mostly its for the mental challenge, the only subject I ever did bad with in school was Spanish because I could never wrap my brain around a foreign language. Japanese because its what happened to be offered in a laid back format I could wedge into my schedule.

hockey for sure, used to play on 3 teams at the same time... but time doesn't allow for that anymore... down to 1 team, hopefully 2 again soon.

- I love reading/writing. I try to do a lot of this
- I like Sports, watching baseball/Hockey are pretty fun for me, but I am pretty casual about this. I read up on it once in awhile.
- I like Photography. I try to do artsy stuff, and I try to do some sports/people photography. It's a pretty amazing hobby.
- I like DIY type stuff. I'm thinking about trying to make a marimba next and putting my woodworking and music skills to the test.

Play guitar
Gardening
Painting

Would love to get back in the surf, been awhile and I'm starting to get soft LOL 😉

I dont have many hobbies right now. Hobbies cost money (interests are free).

Used to:
Model rockets
Electronics kits
D&D
Magic the gathering
Build my own computers
Target shooting
Off-roading
Photography

All are on hold until I get some money.

Hookers and blow. Gets to be expensive at times... but if you find the right hookers sometimes they will do it for a little blow.

Stalking
Although I think my mother in law is beginning to figure out it is me.
Nothing like keeping a mother in law in the grips of fear 🙂

Servers / Programming so more or less, server side programming. My current major project is a game server. http://www.uovalor.com. Once I'm "done" (you are never done with a game server) I will put more time into ServerWeave (web hosting control panel) which will be an app I designed from ground up, unlike the game server which is based on an existing project.

Me, I'm all over the place.

I used to be into headphones, still own three pairs (two at home and one at work), I also enjoy photography, albeit I'm bad at it, I wouldn't even say I'm an amateur, anything outdoors, hiking, biking, also running and swimming, although I don't really enjoy latter two, I just do it to get in shape, in the winter I want to ski again (haven't done so in a long while). I try to read, don't have much time but I do try, like most people I elso enjoy a good movie, but unlike most I like obscure and thought provoking flicks, not totally obscure the ones that no one ever heard of, but less known such as Amelie, Run Lola Run, Eden Log, or classic ones like Seventh Seal. Occasionally go to museums if there is an exhibition I would like to see. Next month I'll be going to handgun safety class, which can turn into another hobby, although I hope not 🙂

What I also need to do, is make a rule to try out a new restaurant every month. I usually do not eat out much, but I think once a month would be a reasonble compromise.

1:SCUBA (I've been from 83 degree water to under ice)
2:Travel (I collect stamps.. the ones that go in my passport 😉 )
3😀IY (remodeled 2 bathrooms and kitchen, shingled my roof, owned and fixed about 10 or so cars, plumbing, sprinkler systems, electrical, and I don't jerry rig stuff either, all built to last. Next guy who owns my house will need a jackhammer to get the slate tile iout I put int he bathroom 😉 )
