Ive heard that having the HDs on different channels can help speed when transfering files to and from? True?
Would it help the speed of transfering large files if i had one HD and one CD on each channel? Or would it only make a difference with large files and not general usage?
I dont intend activating the RAID controller so everything is on its own channel cos i can`t be arsed messing with drivers in windows. So what i`ll probably do, depending on if my new mobo that i`ll be getting in Feb comes with enough channels for each drive to have its own channel, then i`ll do it then.

So then, what are your setups?
