Too hard to choose just one. Not Hotel California, because it's too overplayed.. it's still one of my favorites though.

In addition to many mentioned above, I'll toss out "Life's Been Good" - a Joe Walsh song, but the Eagles did it on a live album.

Oh yeah, any song by Joe Walsh is cool. My favorite Eagles songs are "Turn to Stone" , "Pretty Maids All in a Row" and "Disco Strangler"
