Well, I work retail which kind of sucks, but we get free food, and because I work for a Pueblo, I don't have to put on an ass-kissing charade like I did at my last retail job. We have told plenty of customers to get bent.
when i was working at stop&shop i got dibs on sunday coupons which translates to 50 cents for half-gallon of edy's ice cream or a box of cereal or something. i also got dibs to the 6 for 99 cents left-over pastry from the day before. once i scored a rotisserie chicken for $1 at closing time too.
on the first day of a new remodel job, you pretty much just charge in and beat everything possible with a sledgehammer, sawzall, and chainsaw. It's chaos.
international travel and meeting people of different nationality (which are mutually inclusive)
I love everything about my job. Ability to tinker around with Linux and such during offtime, the fact that my boss *knows* I know more than him about a lot of things so he is willing to listen and base decisions off my advice, paid parking space, access to work printers.

Those are probably my top two. There are others perks, but there are also large drawbacks for the company I work for.

Being able to run any operating system that I want on my workstation. Doesn't seem like a big deal, but it's really nice and previous experience indicates to me that this is not common.
I generally consider the free pop to be a bad thing but for some reason I keep drinking it

When I was working my favorite perk as a die maker was being able to bring stuff into work to fix it or make stuff at work. I had access to mills, drill presses, hydraulic presses, welders, etc.
This is so prevalent in the trade that its got its own name, "government work." Don't ask me where that comes from.

Sheesh, you guys are so lucky.. My perks:
-We get either 1 soda pop or 1 beer (Heineken..) on the last day of the month (well, the last Saturday but okay..)
-We get fed if there's 4+ hours of OT (McDonalds, ?5 limit)
-Most major holidays off
So, basically it sucks balls.. This is just a Saturday job, but when school's out, I'm there about 60h a week..
The best part? My line of work doesn't have minimum wage since we're supposed to get 'benefits'. Too bad I'm 17 and you don't get the benefits like 'free dental', 'free health insurance' and (our variant of) '401k' until you're 18. Oh, and by the way, over here if you're still living at home, you get all those things (minus the 401k) until you're 21.
I make ?3,75/h.

When I worked at a grocery store, I was allowed to take home the leftover soup from the salad bar at closing. State law said that they had to throw it out anyway, so I took it home instead! I must have ate gallons worth of Cream of Broccoli soup, Broccoli Cheese soup, Cream of Mushroom soup, and Chili while I worked there
The best perks I ever got was when I worked for mplayer.com... I got free copies of every game I beta tested the multiplayer options on, along with free t-shirts, hats, jackets, mouse pads, and free pizza or Chinese food if we had to work past 6 PM that day.
