..red snapper sea kitty is great but cook it out side. otherwise the house will smell like the kat pissed somewhere but where?
 
Very fresh, thinly sliced and gently formed with a bite size portion of rice and a little wasabi please.
 
Raw. I just picked up some sushi grade blue fin tuna and salmon today, will be making some delicious rolls and nigiri tonight.

Making your own sushi is loads of fun. I need to do that again soon.
 
I hate Sea Kitten, unless in stick form. In that case, I will have my Sea Kitten with tartar sauce.
