Mexican #1, Chinese #2, nothing else really in the running. I like Thai, Korean, Indian and others too, but nothing nearly as much as Mex and Chinese.

Chinese, followed by Mexican food. Chinese food wins because of its absolutely huge variety. there are eight major regions of chinese food-- each extraordinarily different. most people in the US are accustomed to only guangdong/cantonese type chinese food. yet there are so many more. mmmm....

Mexican food is also great too. I love the colors and the freshness.

for some reason italian food doesn't do it for me. i don't like pasta, and tomato sauce is a bit too sour for my taste.

There's a lot more to Italian food than pasta and tomato-based sauces 😀

I voted Japanese. Can't get enough Sushi.

What is "ethnic" supposed to mean?

As a Filipino sometimes it just gets really old. Chinese food is really good.

For me, it never gets old. Since I moved away from home 12 years ago, I rarely get to eat any adobo, pansit, sinagang, or lumpia to name a few.

I love Indian and then Greek and middle eastern. I used to love mexican until living in new mexico, where its hard to find good food without being asked if you want red or green chili on top. The bottom of my list would probably be korean.

Wow...lots of good foods to choose from, but I think my FAVORITE would be Mexican food...the only good thing to come across the border...😉

We have a VERY good Chinese restaurant nearby. Possibly the BEST Chinese food (American style) that I've ever had, but if we're eating out, at least 40% of the time, it will be Mexican in one form or another. (no Taco Bell doesn't count, but IMO, Pollo Loco does)

I enjoy good sushi and sashimi...I grew up eating the stuff and I go through cycles where I can't get enough, then don't want any at all, then back.

So far, every culture has had at least ONE type of food I enjoyed, but since the war, I haven't been to a single Vietnamese restaurant...
(no Pho fo me...) 😉

I voted beloved patriot for plenty o' tasty vegetarian variety. Thai would bring up second place as I do enjoy the spice and coconut milk &c. I do like somewhat Westernized Nipponese a lot but guess more authentic, predominantly marine critters 'n' rice would be less palatable. I lurv Mexican but I don't know if I could tolerate eating it everyday as the variety seems lacking. Greek is great but suffers once meat is excluded.

Serbian... but since it's more or less unobtatinium here, I voted greek, which is what I usually end up with. A lot greek stuff is similar anyways, stuff the turks dropped on us both... moussaka, baklava, turkish coffee.. etc... But the serbian-only things I miss 🙁

I should add the fact that I definitely enjoy mexican food as well 🙂
