What's your favorite TV Miniseries?

We watched Lonesome Dove the last few nights on DVD. What a great movie. I wish Tommy Lee Jones would have stayed on for Part 2 instead of Jon Voight.

We also have The Stand; which is probably my second favorite miniseries.

I can't stand miniseries cause I always miss one episode and then the whole thing gets screwed up. I just like regular shows where you can watch any episode and not have to know about others.

The Stand rocked, Steven King is awesome,just waiting for another.

The Thorn Birds, because of Barbara Stanwick, Jean Simmons & Rachel Ward (too bad she married that idiot Brian Brown). Few people know that John De Lancie (STTNG's Q) also starred in this miniseries.

I am definitely with Bleeding Jawa, "V" was a killer miniseries. It was on cable not to long ago, someone... anyone.. bring it back!!
