i forget what I had the first and last time I was there. It was a big sandwich and it was very yummy.

sounds good, TOGO? That the name of the Japanese admiral who defeated the Imperial Russian fleet,
at the beginning of the 20th centery, one of the biggest naval defeats ever, it's a nice move to call the Sands after him.

Most of the Togo's here in the Bay Area aren't doing the free sandwich thing. Bastards!!!

Oh, my favorite sandwiches at Togos are, in no order:

1)Turkey, Salami and Cheese
2)Turkey, and Roast Beef(preferably hot, but most places around here don't do that anymore).
3)Turkey and Bacon Club
4)BBQ Beef

Sooooo goood. They are much better than any other chain sub shop. They pile on the meat, cheese, and all the stuffings. Hard to get your mouth around sometimes. Too bad they are like 1-2 bucks more expensive. But I guess quality comes at a price.
